Mesch, Clark & Rothschild, P.C., Appoints New Leadership
TUCSON, Ariz. (January 10, 2011) &mdash Mesch, Clark & Rothschild, P.C., has selected two new leaders of the firm effective January 1, 2011. Brenda Moody Whinery is the president and chair of the management committee. Frederick Petersen is the treasurer and chief officer of the firm.
Brenda Moody Whinery has been with Mesch, Clark & Rothschild, P.C. for eight years, after having moved from Phoenix, where she was a partner with Ryley Carlock and Applewhite, and a US Trustee. Whinery’s practice focuses on business reorganization, bankruptcy, real estate and commercial transactions. She will be in charge of the attorney and community relations for the firm.
Frederick Petersen has been a partner with Mesch Clark & Rothschild since 2005. His practice focuses on bankruptcy, business reorganization, commercial and real estate law. As chief officer, Petersen will overseethe finances and technological advancesof the Firm.
