Fiduciary Services
Effective July, 2009, Mesch, Clark & Rothschild received its license to serve as a fiduciary in the State of Arizona. This license enables our firm to provide a valuable service to the Tucson community and assist with the needs of our clients. Our license number is 20621.
What is a fiduciary? In basic terms, a fiduciary is a business, or person, which manages the estate of another person, or the estate of a person who is deceased. Other common terms that refer to a fiduciary are: Conservator, Guardian, Trustee, Personal Representative or Executor. The duties required of a fiduciary vary depending on whether an estate is being managed for someone who is still living, or if an estate is being administered for someone who has passed away. The attorneys and staff of Mesch, Clark & Rothschild work closely with families to identify the type and level of service required and provide those services with skill, empathy and efficiency.
As a Personal Representative or Trustee, we administer the estate of someone who has passed away and handle all required estate matters. As a Conservator or Trustee of someone requiring assistance with their personal affairs, we can pay bills, protect and manage assets, address tax issues, coordinate with other care providers as to the physical and medical care of that individual, along with any other duties unique to the person requiring assistance.
If you are in need of an effective Personal Representative, or for someone to serve as a Conservator or Trustee for you or someone you love, call Licensed Fiduciaries Mark Rubin or Jeanette Bloss at Mesch Clark & Rothschild.
