Katie Filous Malka is a Partner at Mesch Clark Rothschild, where she specializes in criminal law and personal injury. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Partner at her own criminal defense practice in Tucson.

Katie has a wealth of experience from her time as a felony trial attorney and supervisor at the Pima County Public Defender’s Office, where she handled a diverse range of felony and misdemeanor cases.

Earlier in her career, Katie worked as an attorney at the Federal Public Defender for the Eastern District of Virginia. She also completed a legal fellowship with the Ford Foundation and the Women’s Law and Public Policy program at Georgetown University.
