Sandra Jonas is a Partner who practices in the labor & employment law and commercial litigation sections of Mesch Clark Rothschild.

Sandra represents clients in state and federal court as well as arbitrations. Her experience includes breach of contract disputes relating to compensation, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses; misappropriation of trade secrets; breach of fiduciary duty; misclassification under the FLSA; and claims for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Her employment practice includes conducting workplace investigations and providing practical advice, counsel, and live trainings to minimize legal disputes before they arise.

Sandra graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2015 where she earned awards and recognition for her outstanding advocacy skills.

Sandra has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including the construction, medical, and higher education industries. She served as in-house counsel for a large employer and has represented individuals and teams in negotiations for employment contracts. This broad experience provides her with a unique perspective and ability to see legal problems from multiple angles.

Sandra is an avid animal lover and supporter of live music in Arizona.
